Requirements:
- Previous call center experience
- Research and analytical skills
- Thorough understanding of general accounting principles
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Azeri and Russian, English is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Work schedule: 52 from 09:00 till 18:00
Duties and responsibilities:
- Answering all inbound calls from customers
- Providing customers with detailed info regarding the requested asset
- Addressing call to responsible sales manager
- Preparing daily or weekly reports about all received calls
- Preparing statistic reports (assisting other team members)
- Accepting calls at weekends and non-working days
